Supplier Risk Register by Qeluntra

Turn your supplier list into a risk register

Paste or upload a supplier list. Each supplier gets a risk score you can take apart, and you see where spend is concentrated, which suppliers to look at first and a heat map you can print.

Your files never leave your browser. The page reads them on your computer and is blocked from making network requests, so nothing is uploaded.

Drop a CSV file here or

Columns it looks for: supplier, category, country, annual spend, single source (yes/no), criticality (low/medium/high). Only supplier is required. Save Excel files as CSV first. Download a blank template.

Or paste the list

A spreadsheet goes stale. Keep the register live.

In Qeluntra, risk is scored when a supplier arrives through source-to-pay and onboarding, so the register is a view over the live record rather than a document someone refreshes.

Free plan: no card, no expiration, one company workspace.

How the score works

Each supplier's score is the sum of these factors, out of 100. The table shows every factor next to the total, so you can see why a supplier ranks where it does.

See the scoring method with a worked example.

Missing data only counts for columns your file has: a blank cell there is a gap worth closing. Change the weights by editing the exported spreadsheet if your team scores differently.

What it can't tell you

The score reflects the columns in your file. It doesn't know a supplier's finances, performance or news. Use it to decide where to look first, then check those suppliers properly. It is not financial, legal or compliance advice.

Questions

Is my supplier list uploaded anywhere?

No. The page's security policy blocks all outgoing requests (connect-src 'none'). Your file is read on your computer and is gone when you close the tab.

Which currencies and number formats work?

Any single currency. Spend like 1,250,000, 1.250.000,50, €450k or $1.2m is read. Mixing currencies in one file will skew the shares.

Does it work with Excel?

Save the sheet as CSV (File → Save As → CSV) and drop that in. Semicolon- and tab-separated files work too.
